Terms & Conditions
Introduction

Welcome to 1001.domains.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website www.1001.domains, operated by AVANTI LA MUSICA! asbl, a non-profit association registered in Belgium.

1001.domains is an online platform dedicated to presenting and promoting domain names that may be available for acquisition.

By accessing or using this website, visitors agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable mandatory legal provisions.

The publication of a domain name on the website does not constitute a binding offer to sell. Any potential transaction is subject to confirmation of availability, the seller's identity and the applicable sale conditions.

About 1001.domains

1001.domains is a platform dedicated to showcasing distinctive domain names for potential acquisition.

The website allows visitors to explore available listings, discover domain names suited to their projects and submit enquiries or purchase offers.

Domain names displayed on 1001.domains may belong to different owners. The website operator is not necessarily the legal owner or seller of the domains presented.

The identity of the actual seller and the conditions applicable to a transaction will be communicated before any sale is concluded.

1001.domains does not guarantee that every listed domain name will remain available or that an offer will be accepted.

Domain names displayed on 1001.domains are presented for informational and promotional purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that domain name listings, descriptions, prices and availability information are accurate and up to date.

However, domain names may be sold, transferred, withdrawn from sale or become unavailable without prior notice.

The inclusion of a domain name on the website does not guarantee its availability or constitute a legally binding offer to sell.

1001.domains reserves the right to modify, update or remove listings at any time.

Visitors are encouraged to confirm the availability and applicable conditions of a domain name before entering into any transaction.

Domain Name Listings
Prices and Offers

Prices displayed on 1001.domains are indicative of the amount requested for a domain name and may be changed without prior notice.

Some domain names may be offered at a fixed asking price, while others may be open to negotiation.

Visitors may submit purchase offers through the contact methods provided on the website.

Submitting an offer does not create a binding sale agreement, and the seller is under no obligation to accept it.

Before a transaction is concluded, the buyer will be informed of the final price, applicable taxes, any additional fees and the identity of the seller.

Any applicable payment and transfer conditions will be communicated before the sale is finalised.

Acceptance and Offers

All purchase offers submitted through 1001.domains are subject to review and confirmation by the relevant domain name owner or authorised seller.

An offer does not constitute a completed sale, and no transfer of ownership takes place merely because an offer has been submitted.

If an offer is considered acceptable, the prospective buyer will receive confirmation of the proposed terms, including the final price, the seller's identity and the applicable payment and transfer arrangements.

A sale agreement will only be concluded once the parties have expressly agreed to the applicable terms, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.

1001.domains reserves the right to decline or discontinue enquiries where a transaction cannot reasonably be completed.

Payment Terms

Payment arrangements for domain name purchases will be communicated to the buyer before a transaction is concluded.

Depending on the domain name and the seller, payment may be processed through a recognised domain name marketplace, a secure payment service or another payment method agreed upon by the parties.

The buyer will be informed of the total amount payable, including any applicable taxes and additional fees, before confirming the purchase.

Payment must be completed in accordance with the agreed transaction terms.

Where applicable, domain name transfers may be initiated only after confirmation of payment or through a secure escrow procedure designed to protect both buyer and seller.

1001.domains does not automatically act as the payment recipient or seller for every domain name listed on the website.

Domain Name Transfers

Following the conclusion of a sale agreement and confirmation of payment, the seller will arrange the transfer of the domain name to the buyer in accordance with the applicable registrar and registry procedures.

Depending on the domain extension and the registrar involved, the transfer may require an authorisation code, a change of registrant or other verification procedures.

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate information and completing any actions required to receive the domain name.

Transfer times may vary depending on the registrar, registry rules and circumstances of the transaction.

The seller will provide the information and assistance reasonably necessary to complete the agreed transfer.

Any specific transfer conditions, restrictions or additional fees will be communicated before the transaction is concluded.

Responsibilities of Buyers and Sellers

Buyers and sellers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to complete a domain name transaction.

Buyers are encouraged to carry out appropriate checks before purchasing a domain name, including verifying that its intended use does not infringe third-party trademarks or other intellectual property rights.

Sellers are responsible for confirming that they are entitled to sell or transfer the domain names they offer and for disclosing any known restrictions affecting the transaction.

Both parties are expected to cooperate in good faith and comply with applicable registrar and registry requirements.

1001.domains facilitates the presentation of domain names and related enquiries but is not necessarily a party to transactions concluded between buyers and independent sellers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual Property

The original content, graphics, logos, design elements and other materials created for 1001.domains are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise indicated, these materials may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior authorisation from the relevant rights holder.

Domain names displayed on the website may contain words, names or expressions associated with existing trademarks or other intellectual property rights.

The listing or sale of a domain name does not imply ownership of, or grant any rights to, a corresponding trademark, trade name or other protected designation.

Prospective buyers are responsible for assessing whether their intended use of a domain name may infringe third-party rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions restricts uses permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

1001.domains makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the domain names presented on the website.

However, we cannot guarantee that all listings, descriptions, prices or availability information will always be complete, accurate or free from errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website operator shall not be liable for losses arising solely from inaccurate or outdated information, temporary website interruptions or technical difficulties beyond its reasonable control.

Where transactions involve independent sellers or third-party marketplaces, the respective responsibilities of the parties will be determined by the applicable agreements and legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply under the laws of the buyer's country of residence.

In the event of a disagreement relating to the use of 1001.domains or a domain name transaction, the parties are encouraged to seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.

Where a transaction involves an independent seller or a third-party marketplace, any dispute relating to that transaction may also be subject to the applicable contractual terms and dispute resolution procedures.

Any legal proceedings shall be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits the right of consumers to benefit from mandatory legal protections or applicable dispute resolution mechanisms.

Changes to These Terms and Contact

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our website, services or applicable legal requirements.

Any updated version will be published on this page, together with the date of the latest revision.

Changes will not retroactively alter the terms of transactions already concluded, unless otherwise agreed by the parties or required by applicable law.
